When bad Banks get help it is very counter productive for good banks (or at least banks not having received too much Government support so far). Barclay's and Deutsche bank getting killed in the afternoon. JP Morgan under some pressure.
Good for the the market that Exxon Mobil is not down today ... Manipulation ?
